Hello everyone, you haven’t heard from us lately because our website has been under redesign. Our old website worked pretty well, but it was 10 years old, and being such a graphics-heavy site meant that it sometimes didn’t work very quickly. So we decided to give ourselves a tenth birthday present and update our website. We’re pretty excited with it, and once Christa learns more about updating things and adding pages, it will be a lot simpler. Please check it out and let us know what you think! And because it was a massive task to move everything over from the old site to the new, there will undoubtedly be some places where there are things missing, or mistakes in the text, etc. Please let us know if you find something that needs to be fixed in your travels through the site.
Soon, there will be much more information about our students, including a page for our NEWEST student: Loyda Elizabeth Lopez Cabrera from Guatemala! We’re very excited to welcome her to the ONE family; she is a very special person. Here is a picture of her, so you can see who she is for now, until we can introduce her properly.
In the meantime, the pages for several of our students, including Raquel, Odalys, Pascuala, Glenda, and Naomi have already been updated with new photos and information, so please visit their pages.
We hope you are all safe and healthy and getting back to some semblance of “normal.” Thank you again for all your incredible support during our virtual fundraiser this year—and for the 10 years prior to that!
